Stephens and Burrell Family Dentistry is especially interested in making all of our patients feel right at home. Our administrative staff brings over 40 years of customer service experience to serve you. Our clinical staff is composed of experienced dental assistants and hygienists who are dedicated to continuously upgrading their skills through continuing education and knowledge of the newest technology in dentistry.

Office hours for Dr. Stephens are:

• Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.
• Friday from 7 a.m. until 1 p.m.
• Twice a month on Saturday from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m.

Office hours for Dr. Burrell are:

• Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 7 a.m. until 3 p.m.
• Wednesday from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.
• Friday from 7 a.m. until 1 p.m.
• Once a month on Saturday from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m.

Payment Options

Stephens and Burrell Family Dentistry wants to provide you with high quality dental care at affordable pricing. For the convenience of our patients, we accept all major credit cards and offer financing through American General Finance. We accept all insurance policies that allow assignment of benefits to out of Network Providers. We are a preferred provider for Delta Dental Premier Insurance Company.

Insurance

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary greatly, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.

If your insurance deductible is based on a calendar year, you might want to maximize your dental benefits by scheduling an examination now... so you will know what dental work needs to be completed before the end of the year. Usually, dental benefits not used by year’s end will be lost.
